Upgraded Fitness Center

Our fitness center renovation begins October 12 and will include new flooring and upgraded fitness equipment. The gym will be temporarily closed Monday through Wednesday while improvements are completed.

New Pickleball Court

A new pickleball court is in the works, with completion anticipated by the end of 2026.

Studio Additions

Construction on new studio additions is expected to begin in March 2027, bringing even more living options to Junction at Rogers.

All of the staff there are wonderful!! Savannah and Alex are always pleasant, professional, and willing to help in any way they can.  I've lived here 2 years and have made amazing friends. The pool area is honestly one of the best parts of the property and always feels nice and relaxing. I remember when I first moved in, the maintenance tech Enzo was always fast with my work orders and made me feel very welcomed at the property. Sadly I just realized he doesn’t work here anymore, but it’s still an amazing property. The property has always been well taken care of!
